Wonderful place to stay.

Ideally located on the esplanade in Ventnor. Warm and comfortable. Well kitted out and great it is dog friendly. Great to also have car parking. It would however be very difficult to get a large or even medium sized car inside the gates comfortably.

November stay at The Moorings

Once again The Moorings provided a warm and comfortable place to stay while were visiting the island. Our thanks to Island Holiday Homes again for their friendly, helpful and efficient service and to the family who own the property, that Island manages, on their behalf. St Helen's is a great place to stay, quiet with great views over Bembridge Bay and 10 minute walks to the beach and coast path. Good pub, The Vine, and a good bus service to Ryde and elsewhere, and 10 minutes by car to Ryde or Bembridge. We look forward to our next stay.

Fantastic relaxing holiday.

Thanks so much for letting me stay in your lovely home. The island specific artwork in the house is a lovely touch, as was the local cheese treats left for me in the fridge! What a great touch. The location is perfect, with a gorgeous walk down to a beautiful beach and a great ramble to such a cute village, with everything I needed.

Incredible Modern House, amazing location and fantastic service

The Beach House exceeded all expectations. Extremely clean, spacious and fully stocked with everything you need. The house is furnished to a very high standard and looks beautiful inside. Excellently located right on the sea front in Ventnor, the view from the balcony in the mornings is amazing. Close to some great restaurants, Smoking Lobster is a must and the Spyglass Inn is the perfect local pub! Has it's own private driveway, which is useful. Also have to mention the service received from Island Holiday Homes, Eliese in particular was brilliant. All questions and queries answered when needed, she also changed our ferry multiple times when we weren't able to make it. Really had a great overall experience, highly highly recommend!
